"About two weeks ago, I ordered on the mobile app but I didnt get anything from the McDonalds. The app already charged me for my food but the stores person who didn't find my order in the system. Even worse, the manager, Myrna, refused to help us. I lost my money and no one helps. I am still connecting with the McDonald’s customer service online. Hope they will refund me asap. Disappointed in the service and system."
"I came through this drive-thru a few days ago. My payment was taken at 7:14pm and I didn't get my food until 7:39pm. 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich meal and a 10pc chicken nugget meal seems a bit excessive. To add insult to injury once the food was brought to the parking spot they had me wait in, the person still had to ask me what my beverages were and go back for them. I usually go inside at this location and always have a good experience but I was in a rush that day, alot of good that did me."
"I live around the corner, been going here for years and every single time I go they forget part of my order. They also ignore if you order something with sauce. Always ask for sauce at the window. They forgot my 20 piece nuggets today the one time I didn't look in my bag to make sure everything was there. It's like the workers are in a huge rush every single time i go there even though there were only 2 cars in the drive thru."
"This is the worst mcdonal ever, they are always wrong with the food, always take too long but what happened to me today is the last thing that I thought can happen. I’m just gonna put the picture and you’ll decide if continue coming or not check your food before eating. Plus when I ask for the manager and I show them this, they were laughing like if was so funny, can you imagine that in your child food? It’ll be funny if it’s in their food? Disgusting and disappointed of this place… last time ever"
