"Best parts place around. Long time employees are extremely knowledgeable...but today I called and I now Rescind my endorsement for this company.. I've wasted 6 hours of my Saturday. I called highland they were helpful and knowledgeable but didn't have the one part I needed to finish up a 2 week project. They sent me to Gardiner Napa who claimed to not understand what I was looking for and was only calling to confirm.. I Drove all the way there they didn't even want to find the part I called 12 different places for. They told me that they didn't have it. They lied... Told me that I should try amazon.... After I said I knew they had it she finally went and found it. To my dismay when I got home the stainless nylon lock nut was missing. So I paid 3 times as much. Got lied 2.. So I ordered it from Amazon anyway. I'll never use Napa again. Thank you for costing me hundred's of dollars and hours of time, that I'll never get back. Not to mention that my work truck will be down an extra 2 days.. .. Amazon the Napa of the future.."

"Awesome store located on 9w usually always has the parts I need or is very fast at getting the part I need for my vehicle. With so many other car part shops around nobody is better than NAPA. I had to buy an oil filter for my truck and I wasn't even in there for five minutes! Awesome staff too! Very kind and helpful! Will definitely be back again to do more purchases when it comes to fixing my vehicles."

"I’m not going to use any names here out of respect for the customer. The customer is a mechanic and fix-it person. He is a local and has entrusted D & D for close to 40 years. He’s upset with the Napa shipping issues and the counter people. He says that the company insists on taking your old fuel pump when you buy a new one from them. He put his old fuel pump on the counter and soon after, an employee took it, put a price on it and put it for sale on the shelf, with no information about it being used and possibly broken. The store either has big communication problems with its employees or it wants to make more money in this unethical way. Its no longer a trusted local business and many locals are learning this outside of internet reviews."
