"The feed was great, but it's a little confusing getting your food. Also some of the tables were dirty. I see there are whipes provided for you to clean your table. But who wants to walk into a place to eat and be welcomed with a dirty table."

"Sitting here having lunch on a Saturday afternoon and the staff is wonderful!! From the gentleman at the cashier to the gentleman cleaning the fountain station!! This group of men hustle. This is the first time I’ve been here and got my food in less than 5 minutes!! My food was hot, the tables were cleaned as soon as the patrons left and not one employee was sitting around. These employees should be commended for their excellent service!! They should be on call everyday!! I usually come once a week and have never bee here on a Saturday during lunch time!! They all work well together! Two years ago I gave this place 2 stars but after being here today I changed it to a 5 star!!"

"I have to give this location a 5 star for their exceptional service everytime. Hands down, Pelham is my favorite location. It has a very calming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional. Alex makes my visit worthwhile. He's always friendly and professional in manner. Well done Panera. Great food and service all around."

"I unfortunately ran into a problem that my order was delivered, but I never received it. The manager of the Pelham, NY location, Paola, went above and beyond to right this wrong by providing exceptional customer service; calling me back when the new driver received the order (as I ordered again), issuing a full refund of the first order, adding additional items to my second order and made it very personable as I was going through an excruciating migraine. She really made my day and engulfs her managerial position. Thanks again, Paola! :)"
