"Had a horrible experience with service waited real 15 minutes for my order asked about 10 minutes later asked about it again 10 minutes later asked about it again so after 35 minutes with reluctancy I finally was able to come out the place with a cup of coffee. Coffee is ok, but waiting 35 minutes is not ok."
"If I hadn't already paid for my two drinks I would have left. There were only two guys doing everything behind the counter. I had to wait 27 minutes for two drinks! That's crazy. They need more help. Those guys didn't miss a beat but customers should not have to wait that long. Add to that the store was filthy. The floor was covered with black shoe prints everywhere. It was 60 degrees today and not raining. There was no reason for that. Garbage all over the floor and the counter. Very disappointing."
