"Im not one to leave reviews, and the staff was very kind. But, there was a piece of plastic embedded in my bagel and I only noticed when I had taken a bite and the plastic was sticking out. At first I thought maybe it was in the cream cheese but I pulled and it was IN the bagel - instantly the whole bagel went in the garbage. I just want to leave this as a heads up to others, please look carefully and idk if Dunkin is making their own bagels but still !"
"The girl at the front taking my order this morning is so rude. No smile, just plain attitude all over her face along with her work colleague. Made my wake up wrap with one piece of bacon broken up and gave me 4 Out 6 hash browns. Quantity of food and customer service is is terrible. Never coming back here. It used to be better before they made the upgrade."
