"Drive thru coffee-up... we're from Boston... the hot coffee was not creamed and sugared correctly. Mostly needed more sugar. They were quite generous on the donut holes though, so it kinda evened out."
"Dunkin just seems to get worse and worse. The quality of the food and the drinks they prepare has taken a nosedive and at the same time they have increased their prices on everything across the board. And then on top of that they get your order wrong or miss items most of the time."
"They get everything wrong. I don't understand what's so hard about a plain bagel, cut in half. Every time I go there they give me the wrong order completely, and then give attitude when I point it out. Don't recommend. Also, dirty cup. Really?"
