"Terrible customer service. Cashier had no idea what he was taking about."
"Never place a mobile order. I sat in the store for 30 minutes watching people come in and order at the counter and get their drinks made before they finally got around to making mine. They even got mad at me when i asked if my order had gone through. Ive been here many times before and they have been pretty good at getting things done but recently its just gone downhill"
"I love this Starbucks! Everyone is really friendly and I’ve never gotten a bad drink here, whether is a frappuccino or a lemonade or a regular cold brew. They’re an amazing team. I know how rude people can be at Starbucks, let alone one in a grocery store where they’re already stressed and tired, so whatever this team is getting paid it’s not enough!"
"I've been shopping here for years. And usually always get a coffee for myself while I shop. I've never had a problem or attitude until recently. Very nasty RUDE girl Olivia always short, seems angry and just has an attitude. Even others complain about her as they walk away with their drink. And my drink is messed up 3 out of 5 times!! They need new customer-oriented staffing."
