"We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday and there was no wait. Service was very quick and the food was delicious! Only the first spread of the menu is available for lunch, which might be good to note in the menu itself. Loved my swap style tenders, and my husband really enjoyed his haddock sandwich."
"Love this place. Great food, great service. No reservations, so you sign in when you arrive. Occasionally, it's a wait but not usually too long. Pan-fried fish is the BEST!!! They have a salad bar, which is a rarity nowadays, and it's great. Even has fresh bread on the salad bar. Highly recommend"
"First time there and will definitely go again. Great food and good service. The dining room could definitely benefit from some sound absorbing panels as it is loud. But that's really the only negative as the food and service were great."
"Had an amazing dinner here on a trip back from Rochester to Buffalo area. Prime Rib was perfection, beef on weck super tasty, French onion soup on point. Service was super fast as well as the food coming out. I would totally recommend and will be back next time I am out that way. Lucky to find a gem like this in such a small town. Can’t go wrong."
"On 23rd Dec 2022, we were driving down to NYC from Toronto when we were hit by the worst snow storm in the history. The only place I was able to find immediate shelter was the Alabama Hotel. The incredibly great person I met here was Joe Boradt who saved our lives and so many others by opening the doors and giving us food + warmth and shelter for nearly 48 hours! He was working non-stop 24*7 to take care of us and ensuring we were safe and well fed. Thank YOU Joe, idk what we would’ve done if it wasn’t for you. I don’t have words to describe how grateful I am. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the owner of the hotel who was more than willing to accommodate all of us in this extreme situation. Thank you guys! Your hospitality is very appreciated and I will be back soon once the storm is over to thank you in person! If you are around or see this hotel, you must make a stop here, experience the hospitality and meet them! They are amazing people! ❤️"
