"Went there to get an initial estimate on a repair to my bumper, guy was behind the counter smoking a cigarette, didn’t acknowledge me for a solid 3-5 minutes. Once he finally did he asked what I needed and I said I just called about getting an estimate. He walked outside, took a quick glance and asked if I was using insurance. I said yes, and told him how much they estimated it to cost. He said that sounds more than reasonable, but I asked if he thinks it would cost less. Immediately told me “you’re not making money off me, BYE” and turned around and closed the door. Sounds like a really fantastic business model to get customers. Would never recommend even stepping foot on this property."
