"Sold me an expired muffin. I didn’t realize it until I was on the plane. They packaged it. It was not a grab and go."

"Refused to sell a premade turkey sandwich before 11am because it was breakfast even when I explained I don’t eat eggs. All their breakfast sandwiches contain eggs. Why? Not sure. But this is 2023."

"Me: So you can't hand me the premade sandwich in the display case? It: "No we're on breakfast, bud." Me: But it's right next to the other ones and IT'S ALREADY MADE. It: "Nope I'm by myself and will have to make more by hand if we sell out. Me: Nevermind I'm sure whoever owns this place would absolutely hate to sell out of something people are paying for. God forbid their employee had to make more of them to SELL."

"I don't usually complain about airport food, but this place's breakfast sandwiches should be illegal. It was room temp sausage and cold eggs...also about 90% bread. If I didn't have a flight to catch, I would have asked for a refund. If you want food in BUF, go to Queen City Kitchen a few gates away."

"Drinks only on this visit. I got a Bloody Mary which was lacking salt on the rim and for a $15 drink could have had better quality Olives. Service was good and attentive."
