"Placed mobile order on 1/12. Store was open and normal business hours (4pm). The employees were not actually working. Everyone was playing on cell phone or just messing around in the store. They locked the doors and drive thru windows at 4pm. Turned off drive thru screen/menu. Still taking mobile orders but not letting anyone have their order nor did they refund anyone’s orders. Numerous customers outside trying to get a refund or pick up their orders. Employees pretended to not see them. They also wouldn’t answer the phones so they just kept everyone’s food orders and money. Many cars outside upset. Employees ignored."
"Every few months I try to come back here to see if anything has improved, and yet every single time I regret my decision more and more. This time, they did not have any large cups, but had nothing but large lids, The bathrooms were an absolute mess, they amount of cheese and lettuce they put on the food was laughable, the quesadilla had very little cheese (despite ordering extra cheese) and no sauce on it at all and was even burnt! The tortillas used for the tacos were stale and stiff, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was embarrassing. You’d be much better off going to a different Taco Bell location; I’m amazed this one is still in business."
"Very disappointed in this location and quality of food!! I’m the biggest fan of Taco Bell and thought this location would be wonderful compared to other locations that have been horrible all around! After paying nearly $100 & get tacos that are barley filled with toppings! I’m so disappointed and won’t be returning!"
