"Been going here for years anytime I'm in town. Very homely. Better Canadian bacon (pemeal bacon) than in Canada! Homemade bread is on point ! Great place for breakfast or lunch."
"Small diner, great food. Tastes like meals made at home. Stopped in on a Saturday morning around 9:30. It gets pretty full and they’re only open until 2pm so get here early. You seat yourself. Great service, great food, better prices. Totally worth it."
"Food: The food is always top-notch. Good portions for the prices they charge. My favorite dish is the Country Breakfast: French toast, over-easy eggs, Homefries, bacon, and white toast. You have your choice of meat, choice of French toast or pancakes, choice of bread for the toast, and you choose how you want your eggs. Always delicious! Service: The servers are very nice, but the initial impression I got was a sort of indifference from some of them. Don't let that fool you, though, because they are actually great people! Atmosphere: Nick's has that diner feel through and through, although the restaurant layout differs from a traditional diner. It is well lit and makes me feel comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend trying this place out."
"Solid spot with solid food. Hash browns are a must -- super unique cut and delicious. Chocolate Chip pancakes are legit. Prices are the best in Buffalo. A total "if you know, you know" joint, for sure. We had a table of six and our waitress was phenomenal. Food came out fast, perfect, and huge portions."
