We ordered the tripa, Al Pastor, pescado, and birria tacos, as well as a barbacoa quesadilla. The tripa had excellent texture, though I was hoping to get more flavor out of it. I find the self-serve portion for the toppings efficient to keep the orders going. I didnt know that cheese was an additional paid topping- will add this next time. The favorite was the barbacoa quesadilla, hands down. The xx hot sauce was not spicy at all, which was a let down for me."
