"If you want an experience of total class & delicious ness!! Then make your reservations and hurry.. We had a table of 4 & every single dish was delicious. From apps, dinner & desert. Also the staff was top notch & they were on point. Chef Darian's wife was there, she took pictures of all of us & was so pleasantly nice.. Nothing bad to say here. Only I wished I lived closer, as I would be there 2-3 times a week(at least)"

"Went here for the first time for a perfume exchange dinner with some of my favorite people. It was really nice. It's was kinda hard to find at night, but I found my way, lol. I absolutely love jamaican food, so I enjoyed every bite of my chicken and shrimp rasta pasta."

"I’ve been here for lunch and dinner since they’ve opened and all I have to say is wow. The food here is some of the best in Buffalo. It is so beyond delicious. The atmosphere is perfect as for dinner it is a higher end restaurant with beautiful dishes and for lunch it is more laid back with a very reasonably priced lunch menu. This place has brought great things to the area and Chef Darian has done a brilliant job"

"This is a review of their lunch experience. Wow, I am really impressed with everything. Our first time experience was great. Service was fantastic. The cashier was very informative on everything on the menu and had a very friendly demeanor. The person who brought out our food was also very polite. We ended up ordering the rasta pasta, jerk chicken, cocoa bread, and festival. The food was perfect. Everything tasted great and felt very high quality. The cook knows their stuff. I loved the atmosphere of the place. At some places, I usually get the urge to leave real soon after finish eating but I felt very comfortable sitting here and hanging out for a while. They seemed to have the place decorated very well with plants. Whether they're real or not, I'm not sure. The only thing that I can think of as a negative is their price. Rasta pasta with some coca bread came out to $27. After tasting the food and seeing the portion, I was not as upset. I will most definitely be returning soon to try the rest of the menu."

"Delicious food! Decided to try this place after it was on the news, we ordered the jerk chicken, the curry chicken, the rasta pasta with chicken, Irish moss peanut drink, and banana bread. Both the curry chicken and jerk chicken came with plantains, red beans and rice, and cabbage. All three of those sides were fantastic, the plantains were so soft and browned and the best we've ever had. The rasta pasta had a cream based sauce and the grilled chicken that was on it was tender and flavorful. The curry chicken was by far the best thing that we had, the flavor of the curry sauce was incredible. The potatoes that came in the curry were nice and soft too. The Irish moss peanut drink was a thick creamy peanut butter flavored drink and it was pretty good. The banana bread was really great too. Our least favorite dish was the jerk chicken. It doesn't compare to the jerk chicken at Kalypso. I honestly don't think any place can beat theirs. The jerk Chicken here did not fall apart, it was only moderately tender, and the sauce was predominantly on the outside of the chicken and skin, the flavor was not through the entire piece of chicken. So if you're looking for a delicious chicken curry with delicious sides, this is the place. If you're looking for the best jerk chicken in the area, go to Kalypso. The atmosphere of this place was really nice, very clean, nice setup of the entire space. The food came out very quickly and the service was great. We spoke to the owner's wife and she was very friendly and informative. This is definitely a place we will be coming back to! 2nd visit update: fantastic service and attention to detail.. cocktails are amazing and refreshing little works of art. Cassava fries were fantastic. Tried the bread basket, the cocoa bread, and the festival bread. The cocoa bread was decent, soft inside. All of the other breads were dense and rather dry, nothing I would order again. Cheese callaloo dip had a nice texture, was not a fan of the flavor. I will stick with the chicken curry and banana bread."
