"The food had been hit and miss. But what is the worst part has been the staff! Rude! Then it makes you not trust the food!"
"I get it... New location, new employees. I will gladly wait in line for a few minutes but what I do not tolerate ANYWHERE, is if I'm standing there for 5 minutes and employees can't be bothered to turn around and say "I'll be right with you". That's customers service and that did not happen. Maybe less making stupid jokes and acting like children you might get some work done."
"Ordered 2 hot chocolate’s and 2 orders of hash browns. The hash browns were crispy but the hot chocolate tasted like water with a hint of chocolate. It took forever to get our food and drinks. We’ve given this place the benefit of the doubt the last 2 times they messed our drinks up, now we will just take our business to Brockport."
