When I came to pick up my plates and personal possessions, I discovered that my $100 battery jump pack had been stolen, as well as my ice scraper (which was actually a really nice one). In the grand scheme of things that isn't an earth shattering amount of money, but it's still very dishonest and troubling to me."

The cars are covered in snow and they didn’t even try helping they just stand watching us. They even start closing the gate at 4:00pm"

"Worst customer service. I have waited 45 minutes for the fork loft load the car. Funny that i was the only one at the lot. Then tow truck shows up after me and gets his car. Unbelievable."

"This tow company works through Geico to tow cars for their claims. While Geico may have great agents, Copart defeats the purpose. They are unhelpful and disrespectful of your time, making me wait for a tow that never came and call that never arrived causing me to lose work hours. It’s clear that their emergency towing is more important to them than whatever scheduled appointment you may have had and as a customer you don’t matter."
