"If you are looking for a garage that can get things done, in a timely manner and great price, turtles is the place to go. My Chrysler had some very serious electrical issues and mechanical issues, I broke down on a Wednesday, had it towed to turtles Thursday at closing, they called me Friday early afternoon and informed me my car was good to go! Complete with a and a great price and guarantee ta boot! If you need a " go to " garage, look no further. Plus, no one can beat their oil change price!"

"From what I've witnessed. They pushed my mother into getting work done that she couldn't afford because this one gentleman wouldn't back down and told her that it had to be done. He said, because she wanted it done. I know my mom. She wouldn't pay for the work if the quote was more than what she could afford. Highly disappointed in this place because why would they willingly cuck a customer? We would have taken it to a different location if that was the option. Ultimately, don't do your business here if they push you to get work done when you don't have money for it. I'm not ever going to remove this review until they rectify the situation. Edit: this is my very responsible response to the owner's comment. I will not remove this review. It is important for people to know the truth. Transparency is important when it comes to quality services and a responses. Consistency cannot just be through online presentation through rehearsed commentation. If this company is as honest, upright and fair as they claim to be, then it would be demonstrated in how they treat their customers. They wouldn't engage in pack mentality and gang up on someone, belittling them and dismissing their concerns. The way that this situation was handled is proof enough to me that people were not doing things righteously. If this kind of behavior continues, I would not shed a tear when they find their business crumble beneath their feet. Dear owner, I sincerely hope that you consider that words alone are not enough. Actions speak louder. If you act in contradiction to your responses to my review on your company, then I am not obligated to remove my review. I did notify BBB, and if my mother will not follow through with her case. Then I will do so on her behalf. At worst, someone far more intelligent than myself will be the one you have to deal with. I won't have any mercy in regards to what they do."

"Needed an alternator. Repeatedly told the guy I only had so much money. I could afford the alternator but if the battery was bad I couldn't afford the work. Was very clear about my budget by repeating myself several times. Guy said we'll hope for the best! No! I have just so much money. The battery was bad and they did the whole job which was $150 more than I had!!!! No apologies. No admissions. Didn't even acknowledge my budget which was told to him many times. They were condescending. He stated I approved the work which was untrue. I could have the car towed back to my home! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. They did work I couldn't afford and still blamed me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS GARAGE. IT'S BEST TO AVOID PEOPLE WHO "HOPE FOR THE BEST" INSTEAD OF LISTENING TO WHAT I WAS SAYING!"
