"We have over the last 10 years ordered from them, what was once decent service had spiraled to sub par hot mess that needs help. 1 - every time we order pizza we ask for pie cut, and every time they do not do what we asked for and square cut it. 2 - the pizza was barely done and not enough cheese used. 3 - The service is lacking, when someone changes to winter hours - you might want to say something over the phone and look at the time when you tell the patron 30 mins and it is 20 mins before you close"

"Pizza was okay. Needed more sauce & cheese but not bad. No public bathroom. Cute little place, though. Tiny town of Pavilion. Not a whole lot there, but I hear their subs are good at this place. Good meeting place for a few friends (we were meeting our son there who lives out of town).Friendly staff."

"they don’t wash there lettuce, celery or literally anything else. they don’t give employees ANY breaks at all. the owner is very conceded. he’s never there or wants to be bothered. i even heard he said he hopes it burns down so he can just get the insurance money lol. one of the managers 100% keeps her breast milk in with the pepperoni. most of the employees who’ve been there for a while are middle aged and constantly talk bad about the younger workers. there’s been so many times they served rotten chicken wings and if you ever want any fresh pasta salad, potato salad or coleslaw you better catch them on the day they make it or it could be a week old it’s crazy how bad working here is i could go on and on about the place definitely don’t recommend eating there way to expensive for bad quality"

"They have the worst subs I’ve ever had. It’s like they shaved their roast beef off of an elephant. Their pizza is usually doughy and comes in a square cut. The tenders they have are with rib meat and you might as well buy chicken nuggets from Walmart. They advertise that they deliver but do not what so ever. Their fried mushrooms are ok. But they’re by far the worst pizza place ever. If Kraft opened a place next door with pizza lunchables they’d put them out of business."

"I ordered 2 Italian assorted subs tonight. Both the same. First off the woman that took my phone order was absolutely clueless of the food was ordering. Second, after I got home and my wife and I opened our subs, one had mostly ham on it, very very little black olives on it and not toasted as requested. The other had hardly anything on it, yes, HARDLY ANYTHING and this one too not toasted as requested. We have done alot of business with this place including the Italian assorted subs before and never, NEVER, has it turned out as a train wreck like tonight. It was unbelievably disappointing and disgusting. So much so that this place has now lost our business. We will NEVER spend one red cent there again."
