"Thank you jade for coming to work today, you were there to be the "cashier". The " cashier" called off today and the Manager.... Well, he's off all week. Unbelievable! So glad you came to work today so I could purchase my items. I think Forever 21 should acknowledge these young ladies picking up the slack for the Manager to look good."

"I liked the fashion sense and accessibility but whenever I was looking for something in a large size there was practically nothing. I really liked the discounted prices on the clearance rack but nothing there would fit me so I ended up not buying anything the last 3 times I went. Also to be honest the clearance rack was pretty messy so if you had anything else in your hands and saw something you wanted to look at it was tangled it was just frustrating. I love the accessories and jewelry though, it's super cute. Like I said though unless your a extra small, small, or medium there aren't any bigger clothes."

"My all time favorite bargain store! The only down side is they offer a lot of items for small sized people. If you want something other than....you have to go as soon as they stock up."

"On February 20, 2020 at the Forever 21 store at the Niagara Falls outlet, my family and myself had a very terrible and embarrassing store experience when an associate "Sammy" approached my family and yelled very loudly, that my son, who is 6 years old was stealing a candy from the store. Mind you we are sitting on a bench in front of the fitting room waiting for my daughter to finish trying on clothes. I allowed my 6 year old to select a candy to keep in quiet during this long shopping outing, he never left my side and my husband was holding the case of the 2.99 candy so we may purchase it once my daughter made her final selections. We NEVER left the store and the rudeness and unprofessional manner of the associate Sammy was very offensive. She kept yelling that's stealing. I tired to explain to her that we are aware he has the candy and will be purchasing once my daughter is done in the fitting room. She would not back off. She made my 6 year old upset who did not understand what was happening. Very poor customer service."

"The story is nice but I don't like how they run the store for example you could buy something on a clearance rack that will say $17 but when you go to the register it rings up to $21 I feel the price that is on the ticket especially if it's written on your string up the same as on the register I ask for a manager and they told me there's nothing they can do but they can offer me 10% off is a nice store but I will not definitely be shopping there anytime soon"
