"Literally waited in line for 30 minutes with a single car in front of me. Never in my life have I waited that long nor would I have if I didn’t use the mobile app. Got my money back when I finally was able to get someone to actually come to the window. Save your money and go support vertical cafe.. even Tim Hortons"

"I had previously written a review based off the customer service here. But after actually speaking with an employee it’s the manager of this place not the faces you see at the drive though and counter. On 5/15 one of the employees who I always see was left alone when management was scheduled to be in to help. She was screamed at by numerous people and forced to shut the store down. This is NOT her fault she was left alone during the morning rush. Cooperate needs to get rid of this “manger” and put someone who is capable of leading in their place. So in short don’t blame the employees, they are trying their best."

"Usually have decent service, understand they’re new as well but really people? Come on now. (Latte and bagel came this way) after waiting 30 minutes in line when there was only 2 cars ahead of me you’d think the items would at least be prepared better. Not impressed Edit: What I got VS what it is supposed to be like come on now legit every time I’m disappointed ☹️ Like how do you mess up a muffin"
