"Absolutely horrified with how unprofessional this garage is. Needed new tires for obvious safety reasons. Let me point out for starters. I brought my jeep in with NO DASH LIGHTS ON. What should’ve been a 45 mins job turned into almost 3 hours. An hour into the job they come to me and tell me my tire sensor is “missing” and tells me the tire pressure light HAD TO HAVE BEEN ON. Absolutely not. I repeatedly said it was NOT on. The lady st the desk and one of the mechanics kept insisting that was “impossible” called me a liar and kept shaking their heads and belittling my intelligence. Telling me they checked it when it came in. NO they MUST’VE BROKE SOMETHING and want to blame me. I’m a grown woman, if the light was on I would say it was from the jump. What do I have to lie for? I had to miss/cancel a personal appointment elsewhere that would've been at 11:30 after bringing it in to that shop at 9am. THEN. They “Cant program” my tires to read the psi properly on the dash cam. And can’t further help me. Not to mention the lady at the front desk was on the phone talking to someone ABOUT ME and my situation!!! So now I'm driving around with two of my tires not reading a psi on my dash AND the tire light STILL ON AFTER IT WASN'T ON IN THE FIRST PLACE BEFORE GOING THERE."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I pulled in due to an issue with our tire on our way back to PA (with a car full of small children.) they were so rude and unhelpful. All we needed was our tire plugged so we can get back on the road. They told us they cannot help us and turned us away because they were “busy” (there was no one there.) I’m certain it’s because my husband is black."

"Less than 2 weeks after getting tires from them, I'm already getting new ones from Walmart because they did it wrong to begin with. And before you say anything. I already brought it back to them twice. Both times, they "couldn't find anything wrong." They are THIEVES! I'll never go there again"
