"This is for asking for just ketchup at the Irving McDonald's just now. And this was for my two year old grand baby. What is wrong with the workers there?"
"Went to McDonald’s 45 minutes before they close waited 10 minutes at the drive through window to get nobody when I pulled into the drive through I saw a worker inside cleaning. As I pulled away from the drive through lane I saw more workers but not a single one could take the time to take my order."
"Thought it was strange that while pulling up to the window they tried to wave me past to the third window to wait for my food, then when they finally come the chick is just laughing because she thinks it's so funny that they are making everyone pull up because they are having a contest for drive thru times. It's great that you inconvenienced customers like this for your silly games."
"This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Last fall, the local library purchased free ice cream cone coupons from this location. When we attempted to redeem them BEFORE the stated expiration we were told they were expired. We told them this, and they then told us the machine was "broken". So we went to Burger King instead. On multiple other occasions we have returned to try and buy ice cream. The machine was always "broken" or they were "out". The last time we went, we used the drive thru. We get home to discover missing items, like condiments and nuggets. I went back and they gave me what was forgotten, but at that point we decided this location is not worth the struggle. We have been to the Fredonia location at least as many times and we have never had a problem there, always got the right food the first time, even if we had to wait a few extra minutes. Go to Burger King instead if you're looking for fast food in Irving or Silver Creek."
"I don't mind waiting when everyone is short staffed; I get it but I waited 26 mins for a burnt chicken sandwich; which I tried to eat but could not. I got a refund with no apologies given. Rude is an understatement like it's OK for your staff to be like this because you know my situation will not hinder your business. Burger kings next door they have never been rude to me. Thank you though!!"
