"I was guided to fix my Brother printer as an authorized service center. This place looked closed, but I left a voice message because nothing else I can do. At least they got back to me, and said 'Not an Authorized service center anymore' and they moved different location. So, Do Not listen to Brother and waste your time!!"

"I was in a complete jam with my laptop which I run my business with. The hard disk went bad and I had a failed external hard drive back up file. Tom was able to retrieve all of my data off of my laptop, replace the hard disk and uploaded all my data back. He knew I was in a bind as I was leaving for vacation and I needed to take my laptop with me ....so he was kind enough to take it with him over his weekend and complete the repairs then. Very fair price and incredible customer service in my case! Will be happy to realize them if needed in the future."

"I was in a big jam. My laptop wouldn't turn on and Apple gave me two places to try. Syracuse Computer Store was the one open on Saturday! I went there with my old laptop, my new laptop and an external hard drive. They said they could get my info transferred. Well they discovered that my new laptop didn't have enough memory. So they transferred what they could to the new laptop so I could keep working (I'm a doctoral student) and kept the external hard drive to transfer everything else. I could have gotten all my stuff the same day but they close at 3:00 on Saturday. I picked up my external hard drive and old laptop on Monday, promptly returned the new laptop and then custom ordered another new laptop. It took over a week for the bigger laptop to arrive but when it did I migrated all my information from the external hard drive to the new laptop and I'm back in business. They saved my info! They did what the Apple Store could not and they were reasonable. If you have an appliance that is not in warranty, take it to them!"

"This company is a total joke. I was referred to them by LG for a warranty repair on my Washing Machine. They asked me to send over proof of purchase, which I did, and they told me they would contact me to arrange an appointment. Didn't hear from them after 48 hours so I did some research on them. They're basically a computer service store that started serving appliances in 2015. I went to their website and when you click on the "About Us" to view their "staff" what you see are stock photos of fake people with fake names. This company has no BBB record and no BBB rating. Even a company that gets no complaints gets an A with the BBB and this company doesn't even have a record established. I wouldn't trust them with anything. Also, whoever answers the phone there is not very polite."

"AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Syracuse Computer Store is also known as Super Service Center. This place was the biggest joke I have ever dealt with. They fix computers and other appliances. On June 10th they stated they could fix my portable LG air conditioner. The technician came to my house, told me it would be easier if he brought it in to their shop and that it should be fixed in 7 days. After 7 days I called and was told that they had ordered a part and it should be there in the next day or two. After another 5 days I called and they told me there was no one there that could assist me and they would give me a call the next day. Two more days past and I called back. They stated that there was another part wrong and they were going to have to order that. They couldn't put me in contact with the technician, tell me if the part was ordered or even explain when it would be fixed. I told them I was contacting LG and BBB. They then called back and told me they decided after two weeks they couldn't fix the unit because I wanted to contact BBB because of their slow service. There was never even a hint at an apology over the two weeks, they never once reached out to me ( I had to call them multiple times) and then decided they wouldn't fix it because finally outside sources were asking them why it was taking two weeks. Long story short. If you can deal without your computer or appliance for multiple weeks, rude customer service and a chance that they might not even fix it then this is your place."
