"I had a free emergency pizza from this location. Service was rude, pizza was horrible. Thankfully it was free. It was definitely a reheated pie someone failed to pick up. It was barely warm even though it supposedly just came out of the oven. Crust edges were burnt and the entire thing was barely edible."

"I always loved Dominos Pizza and lot of times I even argued with my friends over this. But after the experience I had last week I decided not to order from Dominos transit road store. I ordered a extravaganza pizza on garlic Alfredo white sauce with lot of toppings on it. I was super hungry and weather was so bad so I decided to drive myself and pick it up. Once I got home I noticed they gave me plain pizza on robust tomato sauce . I called them up and explained and they asked me to bring the pizza and pick up my order. I had to drive again and starve until I got my order. Even then I was happy that at least I was getting my order. I picked it up again and came home. When I open it was completely dry and they just spiced it up no idea why. I have had this pizza multiple times in the past so I know how it tastes. I had no choice but eat as I was starving for more than 1.5 hours. My stomach hurt for 2 days. I thought it’s completely useless to call them again so decided never to go back there again. Since I have always loved their service I may try in other branches but not this one. This also reminded me another incident from July where my friends came from Nashville and we ordered pizza as they were vegetarian I specifically ordered veg pizza. We picked it up from window and we started driving as we had to go somewhere. After 30 min when kids were hungry we opened the box to eat only to find they had bacon on it . Just to make sure we didn’t order bacon by mistake we opened the app and checked. We ordered correctly but they delivered it wrong. It was late in the night . Having kids with us we struggled a bit to find them food. (This also same transit road store) Looks like their quality check folks don’t care what order going out not sure what they check really."
