"I went to Modern Kitchens for a complete kitchen remodel hoping they could make efficient use of my modest-sized kitchen. They gave me a lot of information, and I left a detailed drawing of my existing layout. They told me they would work up a new design in 4 weeks. I called after the 4 weeks and was told it would be another 1 - 2 weeks. I never heard back. So they set my project back 6 weeks. I'm guessing I was ignored because mine wasn't a high-end kitchen. If that was the case, they could have told me that up front instead of wasting my time."
