"Charles installed my furnace and central air in 2016. I was very happy with that install. I would highly recommend. Recently had a condensation pump fail and they sent someone as soon as they could. We had to delay it as we had covid when it failed and it could wait. Jayson was awesome and explained everything to us. Very happy!"

"Recently had 1960's boiler replaced by the Charles Heating team (John & Rick) did an awesome job replacing the existing unit with a newer more efficient system. The installers were prompt, professional, polite and courteous during the installation process. They provided ample information about the new unit during the install and showed us how to operate the unit and new thermostat to control the temperature of the house. "I give 10 stars to Charles Heating! Gerald replaced our old hot water heater that was basically about to burst. Gerald was on time, friendly, respectful and made sure everything was perfect before he left my house. He went above and beyond with the replacement, he cleaned up any extra water and he even repaired some piping under my sink (out of pure kindness and professionalism)! I would recommend asking for Gerald if you want impeccable service. I will also recommend using the company to anyone who needs quick and reliable service. "I highly, HIGHLY recommend Charles Heating & Air Conditioning! Everything from sales to service was exceptional! I had my 30+ year old furnace replaced as well as my central AC unit.
