"Good morning, if I could give no stars I would. Today was my last day attempting to order breakfast at this location. They open at 6 am , I came around 7 am and no response in the drive through line. Every car that came before me just ran through and ended up leaving. It’s a shame , new management and reorganization needs to happen. I’d rather go to the McDonald’s on Sheridan and Delaware out of my and leave my house 10 mins early then go back here."

"Went to pick up an online order and also placed an order for myself just to be told I couldn't be in the Drive-Thru I had to go inside and after doing so they locked the doors and then I stood there for 25 minutes for the online order and then another 15 minutes for my order which was one double cheeseburger with only cheese. Nobody was doing anything productive just laughing and carrying on stupidly the manager seem to be the only person making an effort all the while the other employees were either not in sight or you could at least hear them and there was a girl who was just walking around confused about what to do there was only two cars in the Drive-Thru and just two people inside the lobby and yet nothing was getting done. I am absolutely disgusted with how this restaurant is being ran and if it was mine I would have fired everybody and shut down that location permanently until I can reopen with the appropriate expectations that should be found with a modern day fast food restaurant, but then again maybe my expectations are too high while everybody expects $15 an hour to live on but just not putting forth the effort to earn it. I would avoid this McDonald's at all costs and encourage the upper management to shut it down."

"Y'all are nasty. Don't take a full second to properly wrap a burger, and have some long, nasty hair inside my burger. THIS is exactly why people don't eat at McDs. I haven't eaten here in probably two years and after this? Yeah. Never again. Y'all prey on poor people that don't know any better. Absolutely disgusting... AND THAT IS HOW MY BURGER WAS WRAPPED. I DIDN'T UNWRAP IT."

"Whoever they got cooking needs to just walk away. I ordered 3 McDoubles, and a Dr Pepper. What I got was leather between 2 buns. I haven’t had food this bad since prison. Those patties were drier than Egypt in the summer. I’ve never had burgers so crispy and flavorless I forgot what I even ordered at points but I was hungry so I just kept eating it. Salt? Forget it but who knows maybe they ran out. I asked for extra pickle and onions but they pranked me, I got none. Back in the day we used to get ketchup and mustard on burgers but times they are a changing. Wasn’t even aloud to get a straw for my pop, I think they ran out. Ronald McDonald hit the stain on me, I haven’t been robbed this bad in a while. My advice to you, don’t spend your last $10 here and I mean it."

"It’s hard to see but there are 6 employees in an office listening to music, yelling, laughing, and eating (McDonalds) food. I’ve been stuck in This drive thru line for 39 minutes. I can’t leave because I’m in between other vehicles and there is a high curb boxing me in."
