"Iv gone to this Tim Hortons for years because it’s always been the best but lately it has really gone down. I order the same coffee every time I go, and every time I get it it taste different. You pay for the flavor shot to be put in it and watch as they only put one pump. Either it’s so full of ice there’s no coffee or there’s no ice at all. I use the app so I can build points and use coupons and either they don’t know how to scan the coupon and they tell me it is what it is or they give me grief about using them."

"This Tim Hortons was awesome. We have never been to one. My wife especially love the red velvet cold brew. The donuts we got were soft and melted in your mouth. They were so good. We also got breakfast sandwiches which were pretty good as well."
"Shayla, the supervisor.... very ignorant and that's putting it kindly. SHE MESSED UP and didn't put in my 3 year olds apple juice and proceeded to make us wait in the 30 minute line alllll over again because apparently company policy prohibits taking orders at the window... now I'd have gladly accepted this if it was my fault. Then she slammed the window in my face. Oh and this might be petty but my sons cookie came in 4 pieces and half melted. That was pretty fun. Never been serviced by her but I hope to God she isn't there on future trips or I absolutely will drive off without my order."
"5 star all the way. They always have my order right. Heck, half the time they already know it. Right. On. The. Money. Extra large french vanilla cap, with a shot a exp, with a little milk and a triple triple. Always on point. And if it's not? They always make it right. Awesome workers with great personalities. Excellent visit as always."
