"Last time we went, ordered 3 subs. 2 were supposed to be mixed, 1 roast beef. We recieved 2 roast beef - in which some people don't eat beef as their culture. The other roast beef sub had huge gobs of mayo on it & hardly any meat. The 3rd sub was made fine. When I called about the sub they wanted me to bring it all the way back there to have one remade. So not only went without lunch from somewhere I wasn't able to leave, but wanted me to go out of my way for 45 mins+ to possibly have another screw up? No thanks... They have been inconsistent since the take over & is definitely not what it used to be. Done."

"Just paid $16 for a large steak sub with raw onions and extra cheese. This what I got. Half of my sub has barely any steak, there is no extra cheese and I got a ton of cooked onions."

"Venice pizzeria has been in business for so many years but yet my wife and I for the first few times we’ve been there love it. I was hooked by the king size sub, and I do have to say I’m impressed. Their chicken Riggies are good and so are their peppers"

"not many ways to screw up a pizza but Venice managed to screw it up in every way possible. burnt to an inedible level - cheese, pepperoni, and crust. pizza itself was as thick as a pillow. poor quality cheese was burnt and plastic-like. pepperoni was so thin and burnt that there was no flavor. definitely not enough pizza sauce so it was dry. i hate dry pizza. everything was burnt - top was burnt; crust was burnt,; cheese and pepperoni was burnt; bottom was burnt. Taco Bell is a better meal, which is right across the road. at least this time, Venice didn't mess up our order and forget stuff. Venice was so good in the past - watching their quality spiral worse has been a sad, fast journey - like a toilet flushing. Venice used to be a place where an older guy would greet you with a loud, heartfelt welcome and a giant smile. Not anymore. Venice is completely terrible for food and as of today, i will not be returning and nor will i recommend Venice to anyone. Go to Giovanni's in Clinton or Sicilian Delight in the mall if you want good pizza."

"I am not a huge pizza fan but I do eat it from time to time. This is by far the best pizza I've ever tried. The crust had a little crunch at first bite. The perfect amount of sauce and cheese had me salivating for more. Congratulations Venice Pizza you definitely deserve an award for the best pizza ever!"
