"Make sure you have your motor carrier number for checking in. Broker never sends in pu info either. Really dumb they don't let you run your truck wile you wait. Let's just freeze to death when you load us up. Hate coming here."
"Well it's November 18, 2022, a lake effect storm hit this area pretty bad. 2 to 3 feet of snow dropped like a blanket on us. We were at a stand stil on the street for 7 hours. The city of Angola road maintenance crew was awesome. They plowed the street in front of another truck, then towed him ot of the way, then we managed to get our truck rolling as well. Thankfully we didn't have to get towed. They also cleared an area in Goya's parking lot in order to park off to the lot and not on the street. Find out later what Goya will say in the morning, hopefully the clean up crew for them will be able to work around us and not be upset."
"Review for Goya at 275 S Main St, Angola, NY to deliver Warehouse person laughed when I asked to use the bathroom. Apparently someone named "Carlos" has given them instructions to NOT allow drivers to use the restroom. There are no other arrangements outside either. I guess "DRIVERS" are not human beings who also need basic amenities. Will AVOID this place because of the treatment."
"They unload in 20-30 minutes. However, they send the paperwork to office and then they give you back. They took 20 minutes to unload my trailer and took 1 hour to give me paperwork back after following up with the office. Later on guy came outside and asking to be patient. Funny!!"
