"Tim Horton please go back to your former glory!!!! What happened? The food looks like is thrown before handing them over. Mistakes are made in simple orders and I am watching workers dealing with improper food regulations. Expired, molding eggs were served for me and husband. The teenager grabbed the money and then my food without gloves and later that week I saw a worker eating while my drink was being made. I felt like calling the health department. Please be better."
"I asked for a frozen mocha, they gave me a frozen hot chocolate and kept telling me that there's no difference between the two. There's definitely a difference. They had an attitude when I mentioned it wasn't the right drink and refused to replace it."
"Even if the food was good its now hard to eat after facing rude behavior of the staff. They don’t charge a digital gift card and when I said oh ok the store next to you guys does it all the time. He got aggressive towards me. I simply tried to talk even had to tell him to cool down. I have no issue paying cash. If you can’t smile or look happy at work at least don’t start arguments with customers when its not even necessary. Learn to be positive I had no intention to fight. You just ruined my overall experience at timhortons for life."
