"Terrible. Everyone got food at a different time. One person didn't get their entree for 2 hours. A couple of us just took the food to go. Service really sucks. Food is average. The worst service I've ever experienced. The manager of this place should be fired. If this is the owners doing, they should close down. They're in the wrong business. Find somewhere else in Rome to eat. Avoid this place at all costs"

"Pulled in on Saturday after Thanksgiving. Handful of cars in parking lot, so we thought it would be quick service as we still had a long drive home. An hour later, still a handful of cars in lot and no pizza. Let’s talk about the garlic knots, the butter was margarine, lacked flavor. The antipasto salad, lol, I’ll try to find the words. Pepperoni, chick peas and olives with pits made for the worst mockery of an antipasto. Pizza just came out, lol…the spinach was added on after, uncooked. Stay away."

"I am SO disappointed in this service. My parents made reservations for 530 we arrived around then. This was for my birthday. I gave the hostess the last name for the party and she had no idea where the table was so I explained the room my family told me they were in. We were seated and were not given waters, ordered drinks. Then apps. The appetizers were cold. Which is fine, it’s busy. Then we put our order in for the table which was about 5 meals. We sat there from 6/730 without any communication from the staff or server about the lengthy time we waited. The server thought we were complaining about her service which, it was a mixture of things. The server then proceeded to be sarcastically kind and degrading. It was an awful experience and I will NEVER go back because of that. I didn’t even eat my food there. I got a box and left. The owner didn’t do ANYTHING to accommodate for the bad experience. I am not someone who is impatient or easily frustrated. I’ve done the job of the server and handle customer service. This was unacceptable. They also did not acknowledge my birthday at all."

"Be ready for a long wait. It took about 30 minutes to get drinks and garlic knots, which were tasty. After having been seated for 1.5 hrs and not being served, though we were told several times that our "dinners were being plated right now", we paid for what had been delivered and left. I was disappointed that the manager argued such a long wait was standard. No concessions were offered by the staff for such an absurd wait. It's unfortunate because it could be a cool place, but we will not be back. We recommend avoiding it."

"Absolutely awful. Got pasta with house sauce and had numerous bones (one as big as a quarter) and pieces of cartilage (one as long and thick as a sewing needle) that nearly broke my tooth. Our server took some of these foreign objects from us and brought them to the kitchen to identify them by the way or I would post pictures. Was very respectful and made our waitress aware and kindly requested it be removed from our bill as the meal was inedible. She said “there’s no manager here so there’s nothing I can do. And I spoke to the other girls and we don’t do anything about things like that.” You don’t do anything about food that is so unappetizing (and dangerous) I couldn’t eat more than a few bites? Never in my life have I experienced such terrible customer service. It compliments the terrible food. And our check was over $100 for four people. There are MUCH better area restaurants where you’ll spend less for better food and better service, where you won’t have to worry about breaking your teeth or choking on bones. Avoid at all costs."
