"Amazing food and a decent price. I ate here twice between Christmas and New Years. Both meals were wonderful. My only wish would be for a thicker and crunchier pickle. 10/10 I would recommend this to anyone looking for a solid bite."

"I got "The One Night Stand" and added roasted red peppers. Hands down one of the best sandwiches I have ever had! Bread was amazing, and everything inside was perfection! My husband got the "Norma Q" they had run out of pork loin (which was fine by him), and he asked for a chicken cutlet to substitute. He felt the same way I did! Even the homemade chips, which I never eat, were great! Prices were what I expected. The waitress was very friendly and k ew the menu, and I always like a laid-back atmosphere, so definitely up my alley!!! Very clean to boot. You are missing something if you don't stop by here!!! I will definitely be returning!"

"After 12 years of coming to Rome, NY annually for the Capitolfest film festival, I think I can honestly say that today's lunch at Crust was the best meal I've eaten in Rome, NY to date. The ingredients were so fresh and tasty. The ciabatta was toasted to perfection and delicious. There was a spicy chili sauce on the "not your mother's chicken parmesan" sandwich that really added a new dimension. Our server Liz was so good, I thought at first she was an owner. Highly recommended."

"Amazing place! The sandwiches are unique, artisan, and darn tasty! I've been to the actual place several times and had take out a few as well. I am impressed with the consistency of their food, and the quality of their ingredients. I've tried most of their sandwiches, and my favorite is the Negotiatior...chicken cutlet with bacon, mayo, a bit of honey and a Calabrian chili spread that adds much more flavor than heat...absolutely delicious. It's served on a roll that is crusty (surprise!) on the outside and soft inside. I also recommend the falafel balls. The onion dip that comes with them is also really yummy... you could put it on a flip flop and it would taste good! Rice balls come with a tomato oil that is also tasty. Even the homemade chips are good! The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the place is modern and clean. Alcohol is also available at the bar. Prices are fair for a really good sandwich. The only issue I have is that they offer delivery through a third party (called "Toast") that contracts with doordash for the final delivery. That's ok, but delivery takes awhile. I received a text that my order was ready, but the doordash delivery person didn't pick it up for almost 20 minutes... it's possible that the issue is on doordash's and the availability of delivery folks...that said, I'm guessing it's so they don't have to charge more for their food due to doordash's cut, which I can appreciate. I could've ordered pick up, but I was being a bit lazy that day! So, in the end, it's a great spot, good food, great staff, and a clean place to grab a delicious sandwich!"

"Not a very big place by appearance. Has a small bar and some indoor dining seating. They offer dine in or take out. Very mellow place to bring children. Food was good. They have homemade pickles and chips. Chips were,a little spicy. Had the " Go Home , You're Drunk sandwich. Also had a Henry's Sour. That was pretty good as well."
