"While sharing my concerns with Dr. Lee and her assistant, (about spacing concerns) she dismissed it as not an issue but did suggest I could pay for another tray if that was something I wanted to do. Absolutely NOT. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR FURTHER TREATMENT WHEN IT WAS NOT CORRECTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CORRECTED THE FIRST TIME. YES, I’m still disappointed in her services to me. I also had to replace a retainer that was poorly constructed but Dr. Lee placed the blame of breaking it on how I was taking the retainer out. News FLASH! For ME ……..don’t be persuaded to get Invisalign’s, just go with the metal cause they do work better."
