"I've been using Roethel's for over 10 years. They have NEVER lost a package. I've had a few packages come in which were mislabelled, and they tracked those down for me with relative ease. Twice when opening boxes and checking on the content, I accidentally threw out a full amazon box by accident (thinking it was empty)-realized my mistake on the way home, called them, and they rescued it from the trash. Prices are also super competitive. Also had a mug and some t-shirts made-top notch work."

"This place may not look like much on the outside, but the friendly small town customer service you receive is worth way more than a fancy building. I used this business to store a car for 72hrs while waiting to meet CBP requirements for export to Canada. I called in advance to let them know it was arriving at a certain date and time, and they assured me they would have room to store it inside. When I arrived they were all friendly and treated me like someone they had known for some time. While waiting for the vehicle to be delivered I had a great conversation with the owner. The car was placed in a locked shed for a reasonable price. The cost per day was reasonable to have it safely locked up. When I came to pick it up the same friendly treatment was the order of the day. I like dealing with people who are friendly and not pretentious. Thanks and I will absolutely keep you in mind if I am importing another vehicle into Canada from the USA. I wish I had known about this vehicle storage service in the past. I will also recommend this business to other Canadians who are importing vehicles themselves like myself. It makes things so simple."

"I had something’s sent from there and she lost my package maybe it was because she was to busy talking to the other people behind me and wasn’t focused on me as a customer I don’t know? My package should have gotten there next day she never told me to take out extra insurance or that I was covered for so much she was very short. Didn’t even ask what was in the box and it was very important things actually. Well my things got lost I had to call her she never once called me back after the several times I called her and come to find out my almost 1000.00 box is only gonna be replaced with 100 dollars bc I didn’t get extra insurance that I was never told about. Won’t send anything with this company again and will definitely go somewhere I don’t feel so rushed. And now my things will never be seen again hard lesson learned."
