"We stopped in today after a wrestling tournament. We were taken care of by Aspen and Austin who were a complete joy and sooo nice! Aspen didn't miss a beat and kept a smile all while our 3 year old kept talking over and asking questions. Not only did they make delish sandwiches and a footlong cookie *(for the win) they were really personable. Also the sotr was super clean including the bathroom. Great job Subway. You have great staff in here :)"
"pretty rude staff, they had zero hospitality, zero patience. please just do your job. felt like pulling teeth trying to talk to these people. the guy that was working tonight even muttered under their breath, "they don't even know what they want..""
"Normally this place is awesome but I'm really disappointed with the service I received today. The lady that made my sandwich was not nice at all very krappy u could say. I told her I wanted a meatball on Italian herb and cheese then noticed she grabbed meatballs out of a microwave and scooped them into the actual meatball container. Assuming maybe she has recently warmed them up and not wanting to question this lady and how she should do her job, I didnt say anything. But when I got home and unwrapped my sandwich I realized it was cold. I'm super upset."
"Employee cashed a customer out and handled money. Did not change gloves or wash hands and proceeded to make my sub. Employees lacking basic food safety/ sanitation knowledge. Ice machine needs to be cleaned. Black specks and debris left in cup from ice. Gross."
"Paid in advance extra steak (received only 1 portion) iordered the Italian club with avocado didn't receive turkey on sandwich and didn't get any avocado. They also messed up my daughter's sub. Idk what's going on but tonight the customer service sucked and there sub making skills is enough to be desired. This establishment has recently seemed to have gone down hill with their choice of employees."
