"I'd give ZERO stars if I could! We purchased $500 in split rail fencing, drove 2 hours to pick it up in the pouring rain. Got it home, unloaded the truck and found we were missing 5 posts and 2 rails. We called and spoke to the owner who told us, "Too bad, you loaded them." Really? That's not how you treat your customers. We will be buying double that amount to finish the project but won't be getting it from Ashley Home Center. They've lost our business!"

"Store is disgusting. Products are worst. I actually remember when the father ran this business and it was a good place to do business. Now with the "son" running things it is terrible. Not to mention the owners shady business practices. I can totally see why the employee turn over there is more than any other business in St. Lawrence County. And speaking of employees, the girl that works the counter should really use body spray to cover up the aroma of the marijuana she smokes while on break ! Can't believe that this place is actually still in business."
