"The worst drive through ever! We drove in, was on hold for 5 mins. They got our order but it probably took us 30mins in total for our food! First, they gave our burgers, maybe wait 10mins for our drinks. And 15mins for our blizzard which look like the one in the photo. It looks like someone just puked in if. This photo of the blizzard was taken in our house just a mile away, got home and saw how awful and uninviting it looks. Whoever is managing this place should be retrained at corporate or get fired!"
"Never go through drive thru! They aren’t paying attention and never give you any fries! This is the 2nd time this has happened. This may be my last time there, I love the food but this keeps happening."
"Around 4-4:30pm, 11-12-2023, this branch [Evans Mills] was extremely awful. The staff was very rude — specifically, the lady with a nose ring and the older lady that I would think the manager, was giving an awful attitude to customers like their faces were saying that this job sucks, here we go again the distraction customers, never come back here, and etc. I was surprised that they were giving an attitude to every customer they have encountered. The Cicero branch in Brewerton Rd. was the best who brought joy to every aspects of customer service. I wish that they will be like this store. I may be critical, but I would like to help, so that this world will change for a better future."
"This is what Dairy Queen calls a basket lol super sad. Only fave it 2 stars because my milkshake was good. But just because prices rise doesn’t mean portions should decrease"
"Their menu has become very bland over the years and the blizzards juat turn to water nearly as soon as you get them! Yall have completely lost my business and i definitely see you guys shutting down soon unless you clean up your act. Disappointing experience."
