When I walked into the store I could feel the staff was kind and friendly and ready to help … this is a learned behavior. I feel this is a tribute to the management . I noticed Kendall always went out of his way to ask his employees how their was going? At the end of their shift he was quick to thank them for their work and to have a good day. These kind words make people want to come back to work and sets a productive working environment. More store managers should be like Kendall."
"Terrible! Utterly terrible. I went to get an Acer Nitro 5 checked for a Rattling fan, and when I got it back they said “We just had to take it out, clean it and put it back. After doing so it passed all the tests!” I get back home and the fan is STILL rattling away. The back panel doesn’t look touched AT ALL. Not only was I lied to. I was technically drained of $107 that day- what a waste."
"On the phone with geek squad they said they were able to fix my monitor. But In person they said they do not fix monitors and that I would have too purchase a new one."
"The only reason that I'm giving this two stars is because the customer service representative that answer the phone was very polite and kind, other than that I would have given it a one-star because they only caters to rich people's phones such as iPhones and Samsungs nothing else, SMH. Very limited knowledge of cell phones."
