"Normally I wouldn't leave a negative review for cold fries and the wrong items because It's fast food and pretty common at this location. However, there is no excuse for the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the employee who waited on me tonight. It's not the first time that I've had this same experience with the same employee."
"I was hungry so stopped at Arby's. You are gonna love this. I pulled up to the drive thru and ordered, received my order then drove away. While driving I ate my food and enjoyed it. Thanks."
"No roast beef? At an Arby’s? I haven’t eaten at one in years, now I know why. Kinda feel sorry for the employees. Opted for chicken sandwich combo, fries overcooked, chicken a 1 (10 highest ) compared to Chic Fill A. Son got sick , cramps, stomach problems today from some processed fish stick mystery. Ugh."
"Tuesday, I went there Food was terrible, while giving my order I could tell the worker was getting irritated which was rude since I only ordered one meal. When I got to the window I’m unsure if it was the same person however they were just as rude. I believe his name was Tom or Brian I remember it being some name like that, he had a bad attitude which I’m sure is not something that is supported at Arby’s. I get people have bad days but he was rude and disrespectful and definitely immature. Attitude should be corrected if you’re dealing with the public. Disgusted."
"They were very busy! We went through the drive- thru. I was worried about how long it would take because of the long line. I was super impressed how fast we got our food! You could definitely tell the food was made fresh, the fries were good and hot! All in all we will visit again! Good food, fast, and friendly service!!"
