"Super fast, super healthy, super yummy! I got the Johnny Utah signature bowl with seaweed salad on top and it was picture perfect. Restaurant space itself is large, nicely decorated and very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 recommend!"
"I did not have high hopes but I had the tonkotsu ramen with chashu pork and it was surprisingly good!! Tonkotsu is on the light side with yummy pork and flavored egg! The best ramen for me in Knoxville is Ramen Bones (thick tonkotsu) but I'd definitely come back here for the easier access to ramen."
