"I would like to say how glad I am that we purchased our new living room furniture from Fowlers in Rockwood Tennessee. It is absolutely beautiful. Above that though is how great all the staff are. Especially Vicky. We had to reschedule our delivery date more than once due to our remodeling not being finished and the a death in our family. They were so sweet and never once complained about having to wait to deliver it. Super great people all around including the two young men who delivered for us. To get my own experience - here is my experience: I chose to continue shopping with Fowler's Furniture. 1) Salesperson - Vickie Canuff Answered my multiple questions - Vickie, she even rearranged sales figures to be affordable to my budget. Type of availability - make/model of bed. Size availability in bed. Mattress - Make / Model / warranty etc As I have severe spinal stenosis - requiring a firm quality in mattress. Grouping - 2 night stands / included Cherry color - ordered 3) Everything that was ORDERED - Of cherry color - products arrived 2 weeks earlier - I was notified of such & delivery date it was set. 4) 1 BIG Mirror - very nice quality - added in 5) On lay away - A recliner 6) On my wish list - a table / folding down sides / 2 roller chairs. 7) DELIVERY - 2 great guys - didn't catch their names - set up everything quickly. 8) On time - proficient delivery - NO hassel. THANKYOU FOWLER'S FURNITURE - Yes this was my first time buying major purchase of needed item's. Will I return to Fowler's Furniture - YES Plus my being new to area - I loved the cordial hospitality extended to me."
