"We ordered a $9000 dining room set all in the same color wood but the two arm chairs came with a different color wood. When we called to complain they told us that the furniture now comes that way. Take it or return it was their suggestion. The next problem was the $900 light fixture on sale for $500. We opened the box and realized it was a return from a different customer. Brett said that in order to get another fixture and return the first one we had to pay full price, giving our credit card over the phone. When we received the replacement we returned the fist one. But Kat refused to give us full credit and made us call back for Brett. Brett has not called us back yet. We're tied of chasing Brett and our $400 refund. We hope corporate can help."

"today there were 2 men and 2 women working in the store. They were organizing and stuff, not with a customer. I spent 15 min in the store before someone spoke to me and when the lady asked me if I needed help, I proceeded to tell her several things I was shopping for and then she said I need to find someone else. I have an appointment coming soon. I am pretty curious why she asked me if I needed help if she wasn’t going to offer any help. I waited another eight minutes and no one ever came to help me. So I decided to leave and spend my money somewhere else just like you should too. This store needs better management and customer service training. I will not shop here again…. so disappointing. As I was leaving, there were two people standing at the cash register looking around for someone to come and help them…."

"This store could not be more beautiful and it was the best service I have had! My fiancé and I just bought a house and had a new couch we wanted to add pillows too. With no idea where to start, we were approached by Chase, one of the design team members, who not only immediately assisted us but really took the time to get to know us as well. We love that there is free design service team and now come back on a regular basis to get insight from Chase for the others rooms in our house! Thank you again Chase, you and the team rock!!"

"What a beautiful place, with warm welcoming people. A little pricey but it's a great store for indoor/outdoor, home, office, and things you didn't know you needed. While it might be a bit pricey, the quality is unmatched. Great with customers as well, helpful and honest and can answer any question you have. Highly recommend."
