Having walked into the Purple showroom, with a hint of skepticism, I was originally unsure of what to expect. However, from the moment I crossed the threshold, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of professionalism. Each step of the way, from the initial greeting to the final product selection, I was met with nothing but the highest level of expertise and care. In particular, I must mention the outstanding individual who guided me through this exceptional experience - Danica. Her welcoming demeanor and keen understanding of the products immediately put me at ease. "If I could have picked 30 stars I would have. I absolutely LOVE my Restore Premier Plus Soft Purple Bed and accessories; Duvet, stretchy sheets and pillow cases made of bamboo, etc.!!! I am a physician in Raleigh, NC and did a lot of research before making my decision. I have been screaming from the rooftops about how the addition of the Purple Bed has improved my life!!!! I sleep better and longer and wake rested and restored!!! The one inch squares made of hyper-elastic polymer (a purple rubber) and individual coils make me feel like I am buoyant and there is no pressure points, anywhere, even while sleeping on my side! For the first time in my life, I cannot wait to get into bed. SO MUCH COMFORT!!! I also got the adjustable base for reclining which I highly recommend. I am soooo happy that I finally got the Purple Bed. At the Purple Bed store in Durham NC, the employees Trevor and Danica are awesome and very helpful. They have gone the extra mile to assure everything is perfect!"

"I waited for a few months to post my review because I’ve been on an endless journey to find the right pillow. Back in May I’ve worked with a gentleman named Brandon who was very kind, professional, and listened to my needs and concerns. He gave me the opportunity to try out what suits me best. I initially started out with the Queen Harmony pillow and tried it for about 2 months which did not get any better. I then came back and was able to work with him again and was able to find a pillow that worked for me , the purple pillow 2.0 with booster. Again, Brandon provided top tier professionalism and wanted to ensure I found something that would work for me FINALLY! Would recommend the store’s products, am satisfied."

"The Purple showroom in Southpoint is a very nice store with great staff. We stopped in here in the hopes of seeing one of the mattresses that we were looking at online in person, and we were thrilled to find that they had it on display in the store. The store is clean, set up very nicely, and they have a number of models on display. If you want to try out one or more of the beds, they provide single-use fabric pillow covers for each customer to help keep their beds and your hair clean. Danica was so incredibly helpful and gave us all the time we wanted to check out the bed and ask questions. She was very friendly, she didn’t awkwardly hover over us as we’ve experienced in other mattress stores, and not once did she try to deliver a high-pressure, gimmicky sales pitch or push us to make a purchase. She also had personal knowledge of the model we were interested in, having just gotten one herself, so that direct feedback was really helpful. We loved the bed and ended up buying it. And our personal plug: the Purple mattress is far more comfortable, supportive, and affordable than the top of the line Sleep Number bed we were also looking at, and the adjustable base gives us all of the same smart features that we wanted. Much to our surprise and immense appreciation, Danica was able to find a deal that took even more money off the purchase price than the advertised sale that was in effect when we visited. She double-checked that she entered our order in the system correctly and even had her colleague, Trevor, triple check it for her to make sure that our order would be fulfilled correctly and without issues. Trevor told us stories about how long he had worked for Purple, and it was evident that he really liked it, which is a great indicator for the integrity of a company. The entire purchase process was very quick and easy, and we joked that their store could teach auto dealerships a thing or two. Danica also made sure that we had her contact info when we left in case we had any follow-up questions about our purchase, and it’s really nice to know that in the Purple model, customer support does not end once you walk out of the store. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, definitely add this store to your list of stops."
