"at 6:05 I called again and they said the inspector would not be coming. They unlocked the house remotely and we entered to find sand all over the floors, dirty sheets on top of the washer, DIRTY TOLIETS AND SHOWERS, no "Provided" sheets. We were forced to eat out that night at a late hour (was not planning on that) so a cleaning crew could come and do a bare bones cleaning. Oh, and it was NEVER inspected and we got the impression that Midgett Reality really didn't care. Looks like the first part of review was cut off! We were told twice that the house was cleaned but needed to be inspected. Guaranteed by 6:00 pm they said."

"We have gone to Avon for over 26 years. Used Midgett the last 2 years. Sorely disappointed both times. The folks on the phone could care LESS about you. Not a spec of warmth, concern, or care about you or your patronage. House had not a spec of supplies. ONE roll of toilet paper and ONE roll of paper towels. No cleaning supplies, no bags, nothing. Old, saggy furniture. Carpet was dirty, cleaning not up to par. They mowed the lawn at 8am the day before departure. I will never use this agency again. They don't want my money, they made that quite evident. St. Somewhere COULD be cute. But the scum on the water behind in the canals, splinters on old deck and gap as you come out of house onto said back deck, it is hazardous. AVOID."
