They didn't tell me how or when to pay my ticket and then left for the holidays and never sent me the email they said or called back after I tried calling them back 4 or 5 times over the course of a week and even have writing emails to everyone... I paid them to have my ticket taken care of in SEPTEMBER and they wait until almost the end of the year to tell me there was a problem. This is just crazy. I wish I would've been treated better."
