"just transfer your policy to catawba or wilkes branch. They stole membership dues from me for years with no refund or reimbursement. When you get married you pay only 1 fee but they continued to charge us separate for years, very pushy on all coverages, ive had over 11 agents since 2007. Very high agent turnover rate and poor customer service just keep your policy and transfer to a branch that cares!"

"Honestly I had nothing but nice things to say about this place, until my families life was turned upside down and they had to pay us to uphold their end of buisness. They had no problem taking my money as an unlicensed driver, to get my family a vehicle insured but after my wife's previous policy had to pay us (at no fault) med pay, all of a sudden it became a problem... Don't put your family's best interests in their hands. Trust me from experience."
