The UPS Store

"My experience is based on recent Amazon return, and other isolated previous shipping experience. The owner is regularly in the store, and will bluntly tell customers to tape their boxes, unless of course you're purchasing materials. I have no idea how much they are reimbursed for Amazon returns, but I absolutely refuse to use this store going forward. Staples offers the same UPS services, minus mail box of course. I'd rather deal with a corporate store than this local owner...tired of his rude and curt responses."

"I usually have a pretty decent experience here, but not today. There were only two other customers in front of me and they were both being helped at the counter. While I was waiting, I stood and filled out an envelope that I was going to mail at a different facility. A man came in behind me and Richard asked what he needed. He proceeded to help the man while the lady at his register was looking for something. Other people proceeded to enter the store and get in front of me in line. I informed them all that I am next. I was simply waiting for someone to finish up and assist me. After Richard finished with the guest at his register, he took another customer who VERY CLEARLY came in after me as I was initially in line by myself. Since I was never greeted or asked what I needed, I walked up to the side counter and stated that I needed a notary. Richard said that someone would be out to help me and sent Cesar to assist. He came out, didn’t speak and only asked if I had my ID. He gave me the price. Did his job. Made a copy of each form for $0.12 each, gave me the total, handed me the receipt and there was no “thank you” or anything. Customer service was very poor today. It’s disappointing! I frequently patronize this location since it’s close to the only Chase with a notary (who’s rarely there). By default, I come to this store and pay for a service that’s free at my bank. The least I can get is good customer service."

"This store provides a consistently high level of customer service. We can count on them to handle copy orders and anything else we've needed quickly and professionally. They are equipped to provide design assistance for projects which has been very helpful. We have been especially pleased when we have had rush orders and they came through for us."

"On a Sunday, I had large load to drop off. Not only did they lend me a hand truck, the employees Neil and Ceaser helped me with my packages in getting them into the UPS store. Rare to have such kind employees. Thank you so very much."

"This UPS store location is fabulous. I have done about 100 Amazon returns here, and they are always quick and simple, but recently I needed a more complicated service from them. I needed help printing menu cards for my wedding reception - and in a strange size. It turns out that 4 x 9 inch cards are kind of a weird size and layout for a home printer, but it was no big deal for them and they were great at helping me get the pdf template I’d created printed on nice fancy paper in this weird size (and neatly cut in record time). End to end I think the visit took about 10 minutes. Kennedy was so helpful and friendly! Highly recommend taking your print job to this team at the UPS store."
