"I usually go out of my way to leave positive reviews but in this case, some attention is needed to be brought to the idea of good customer service. My friend has always had issues with the rudeness of a woman that works there and she warned me as I went to take a package in to be shipped. Despite my friend’s experience, I was hoping for a positive one. That did not happen. I do not know the woman’s name but she does not exert positive customer service at all. I have been in customer service for 8 years and I can guarantee I would never speak to people the way she does to customers of her work place."

"I rarely use any postal services, but I have had to visit this particular store to do UPS returns and a passport photo. Every time, they have been readily available. I have had to wait in line, which we all know we hate! Do you know why I had to wait? The store actually took time to help out other customers who were navigating a return, sending their first package, needing help printing a label, etc... They didn't say... I'm sorry you're holding up the line. Please step aside. They helped. The passport photo was great. They were very knowledgeable about making sure it was correct so that the picture didn't get denied. The other day, a UPS return was the reason I walked in about 15 mins before closing. UPS was there. Some regulars that mail something every day had not shown up. There was a discussion about if they needed to call so that no one missed mailing their items. That goes above the standard practice. Congratulations on being part of a community. Thank you for making someone wait an extra minute to help out a senior or anyone for that fact. We all need to do better as people and stop expecting unrealistic practices from people or places. Eventually, that person who needs help will be you or a family member."

"Intelligent customer service administration. Everyone was knowledgeable in what they were doing. Which is great because when it comes to shipping....I am not so adequate in that area. So I'm glad for the smooth facilitation and myself having to do so little when sending my packages off."

"I've needed the services at this business 3 or 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I was always politely greeted. They were helpful in shipping options. Trey took time to go through each one to make sure I was getting value as well as good service. I was thrilled to find out they have DHL service as I often need to ship internationally to missionary schools. I am new to Clayton and I appreciate the consideration and community atmosphere."
