She is very informative and overly sweet! The payment process is flawless and allows plenty of time to pay. These trips are the best yearly family and/or friend vacations!"

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! We were so excited for our first trip to Gatlinburg Tennessee, and the great Smoky Mountains! Found this what we thought. Fabulous cabin in Gatlinburg just about seven minutes from downtown. Upon arrival to the big moose, it seems like it was going to be amazing. Quite the opposite! The smell of mold when you walk in, was quite apparent and found black mold underneath the kitchen sink. The floor in front of the refrigerator that also leads downstairs to the game room is about ready to fall through. Walking downstairs to the game room the pool tablewas absolutely disgusting and the mold stench burnt your nose. Stains all over the carpet throughout the cabin, dust and mold everywhere. We made a complaint and a maintenance person came over and agreed. Everything was bad. They left us to stay in it for the night. Around 5 o’clock the next day we finally got a new cabin 40 minutes from our original desired location. The new cabin we had, the hot tub didn’t work the whole time we were there and the dryer didn’t work. We had to drive every day 40 minutes to get to where we wanted to be which was downtown Gatlinburg. All we wanted was a cabin in Gatlinburg that was safe and clean with the game room and hot tub that was usable. With all of this they offered us $108 reimbursement. We don’t need your hundred dollars, we just wanted what we paid for at the location that we rented. Do yourself and your family a favor do not rent from this company!"

"I’d say this was my favorite stay in Gatlinburg and I have been to the mountains many times in my life. The game room and theater room added to the entertainment you’d need when you are in for the day/night. There was plenty of room for my big family and enough to do for all ages. From the kids to the grandparents, we all enjoyed our stay. Upon checkout, Sarah and David helped us out. Both of them had given us further information for any future bookings. They both were very professional and helpful. 10/10 place to stay and customer service."

"This was one of the best cabins we have stayed at. Our original cabin had ac/heat trouble but we were moved to another cabin with no problems at all. Customer service was super excellent. We were at the top of mountain with gorgeous views. We will definitely be staying again. Thank yall so much for having and helping us."

"Loved the Summit View cabin. Perfect for a couple. Has a deck with a beautiful view of Wears Valley, plus a hot tub, television, and Alexa for music. So we spent a lot of time on the deck…really made our stay. Right after we checked in we got a big surprise, 3 black bear cubs meandering 20-30 feet from us in the back yard. Was a wonderful stay. Only negative thing I can say is the bed sloped to the middle and signage to find our cabin was was poor. But we called customer service and they gladly helped direct us to the cabin. Would hands down stay in this cabin again."
